99 civic Si, s2000 interior and quest for 700+ hp

Well I've owned the car about a year now. I bought it from tenesee it has 119k miles, clean title and completely bone stock excpt for a really nice set of Apexi N1 coilovers. I got te car flr a great deal because the engine was only running on 3 cylenders. It made the 13hr drive on 3 cylinders. I had plans on doing a built boosted setup anyway. My main concern was a clean shell to start with. My last two builds were absolute nightmares with body and paint work. So this one I wanted clean so I could focus on power. Anyway, here are some pictures of the car when I got it and the progress it has made.. Even tho the progress has just been ripping it apart and hoarding parts. My goal is to have a nice looking well built car that on the exterior looks mostly and clean, the interior is my vision on what Honda should have done. And lastly i want to be able to pop the hood and have people stare with plenty of power to be able to hang with bikes. Goal is 700+ on c16 and 500+ on pump.
hope to have it finished for spring 2012. But I need to sell my crv to male that happen.

Feedback welcome!

First mods were s2000 seats, steering wheel and cluster

The only other thing ill be doing to the interior will be somethin with all of my gauges I have all digital AEM eugo gauges that match the s2000 cluster
Oil pressure, wide band and boost. I migh re wrap the rear seats to match the s2000 seats but have to look into a roll cage

Engine specs
Dart 2.0l block 84.5mm
Pauter rods
Custom je 9.5:1 comp pistons
RHS aftermarket head (Gsr cast)
Fererra flat face valves
Supertech springs and retainers
Victor x intake mani
Bdl70 mm tb
Type r cams (for now) I'll probably change out to akunk2 pro series
Assembled by west Chester crank shaft
Exeddy twin disc clutch
Custom baffled oil pan
T1 racing hall trigger (for coil over plug ignition)
Ls1 coils
Aem ems
Id1k injectors
Bosch 044 inline pump
Walboro intank
T1 racing catch can
Full race t3 ram horn manifold
Precision 750 hp intercooler
Full race 3" down pipe
Tial 50mm bov
Tial 44mm waist gate
Garrett GTX3582r turbo
Skunk2 3" exhaust
Skunk2 front and rear camber kit

Mocked up with GT3076r while I waited on the GTX3582R to arrive

Thanks to all that have helped me so far with hookups on parts and advice.
Rick Amaro @ Import DPS for my fuel system
Greg Maioletti for my catch can, ems, turbo and ignition
Dan Clarkson @ keystone automotive for my skunk2 and some aem goodies
Billy Hoang @ Need Powdercoating for my engine/flywheel
CLM motorsports for my trans!

And thanks to everyone for keeping me motivated and having positive comments.

This is currently how the car sits

Everything that's not making the car faster or look good is being removed from the engine bay.
The headlight harnesses have been tucked, the fuse box re located to the glove box. I flipped the brake booster so the vacuum line is off of the bottom instead of up top.

Had a baby, changed jobs and had a bunch of un expected things happen at my house so progress has been slow to say the least... I picked up hasport billett mounts and avid billett torsion mounts.
I still need the plumbing for the turbo and catch can. Need to finish building the trans, clean up and re spray the engine bay, tuck the brake lines and engine harness, have ic piping fabbed up and get it tuned... I also plan on running a 3 piece race front end and some polished 16x9 volk te37's up front with the biggest drag radial I can fit!

Well it's been a long time sine I've updated anything here. I sold my crv in December and picked up a 2000 jeep Cherokee so i can tow my Si...needless to say I've been sidetracked with lift kits, winch's wheels tires and all kinds of ****... Here's a quick peek at the jeep since it's done and I'm back full swing on my Si.

Big thanks to Gabe and Keith at "The Jeep Shop" in Chester springs!!

However there has been some progress on the Si
I finally have my built trans courtesy of the guys at CLM motorsports!
Completely fresh Gsr trans with a quaiffe LSD. Simple and proven setup!

I also am very excited to be working with Joel at Speed Theory on a custom engine harness for my car. After talking to some of the other "wire guys" in the industry I feel Joel will be able to accommodate my needs and comes highly recommended by some of the top names in the industry!

AMAZING! Love what you're doing with it. I have an s2k and the only thing I hate about the cluster is if you go above the red line on the tach you can't see where your revs are lmao.

I'v always wanted to own an ebp Si to just mess with

Thanks!
I'm still undecided if I'm going to have jeff evans tune it. Or Clm mororsports. I've used evans and jk tuning in the past woth good results. Its just that Clm has quite a few fast turbo hondas one of them runs 8.80's and another 9.20's
So i don't know...

I'll be honest, that is a concern of mine as this engine should be able to rev beyond 10k rpm.. I guess we will see where she stops making power. Maybe I'll hide a shift light in the left air vent in the dash like I did back in 2000 in my first Si.
I know one thing, In my buddy's 650whp hatch it's hard enough to keep it straight and watch where you're going let alone watch the tach. I will never go in that car again unless I'm driving!

I want to boost an s2k in the worst way!!!

Looks like a great build man.

700hp on that turbo is gonna be hard though. That is very near the top of it's range, and it's still on a T3 frame. It'll do 500+ pump no problem though.

Best of luck!

Its the the new billett GTX series. I was told by jeff evans it should do 700 without a problem... If it was the regular old GT series they max out around 650ish
