lol, i had a whole nice story for this thread about my situation but i decided not to bore you guys to death. Basically what i have is a Talon esi with 78k, VERY GOOD SHAPE. i paid $1500 for it and now i have an offer for $4500. I'm looking to get a tsi i found with a low mileage 6bolt 16gturbo swap. But for a 17 year old getting minimum wage are these more project cars then daily drivers? From experience do you guys think i should stick with my esi and get something further down the road? I do basic maintenance and bolt on mods to my car but when it comes to serious modification I'm still a straight up noob.
