Something New
my car use to be like this. to this i finally had time to start workin on it. And im getting it prepped for a roll cage. this took countless hours of scrubbing with a brillo pad and simple green... the only thing that keeps me wanting to finish this car! My ka!! Rebuilt with BC internals i gotta a lot of work to do, but its just a matter of putting it back together when i get it back from the shop. Now onto my buddy steves story haha. We went to vir last year, stayed there for the weekend, drifted for a full day and a half, qualifying comes around, bang he somehow managed to crash pretty bad sending his car into a wall. luckily we managed to get a shell for 300 bux from a good friend of ours. And we started work immediately. His build is farther then mine being he started a few months ago, he's sending the car for a cage tomo. Last edited by eDmSiL80; 05-18-2009 at 04:02 AM. |

Those rear toe rods are on upside down. You should fix it before you put the car on the ground.

Quote:
Upper control arm is the "hoop" that the strut / coilover assembly goes through... toe rods are the long ones, traction rods the short ones, and the bottom "triangle" shaped piece that is still stock is the lower control arm. |

Those a-pillar bars aren't legal for anything. They need to extend to the floor in one piece.

Quality looks to be there!
I have never seen anybody notch tubing 1/2 way through like that before for the cross bracing, how often have others seen this? |
