PA resident dealing with a NJ speeding ticket
I never got a ticket in NJ so I would like any feedback you can offer. Any chance of getting the points dropped and paying an increased fine, kind of like what we do in PA with our "catch-all violation"? |

it all depends what your time is worth to you, if you can send your attorney off to do it for you then have at it, there is no clear and cut way or reason points get dropped its all up to the judge.
