PA resident dealing with a NJ speeding ticket

So I got a speeding ticket in NJ (I live in PA) by a NJSP trooper. Got an 11 over the limit 76 in a 65 so I wanted to know the best way to deal with this? I know PA doesn't tack points on for "minor" violations (as stated off of the PennDot site) but the insurance is the kicker. Is it worth it just appear and pay the ticket or should I have my attorney deal with this?

I never got a ticket in NJ so I would like any feedback you can offer. Any chance of getting the points dropped and paying an increased fine, kind of like what we do in PA with our "catch-all violation"?

it all depends what your time is worth to you, if you can send your attorney off to do it for you then have at it, there is no clear and cut way or reason points get dropped its all up to the judge.
