Looking for an apartment?

Im moving out of my apartment and am looking for someone to replace me on the lease. The apartment is in Shillington PA (outside Reading) at Governor Mifflin Apartments. Its next to Albright, Alvernia, and Penn State Berks. You would be moving in with two roomates (one of the is Renegade from this board). They both go to Penn State Berks and are freshmen.

Uh, last I remember the cost monthly in rent is 240 bucks plus expenses for like cable and stuff.

With the cost of rent and utilities combined im yet to pay over $300 a month. That includes rent, digital cable, and electric. Those are the only utilities.

If I still went to psu berks, I'd jump all over that. I graduated from there last December then moved away.

$300? are you kidding me? do you share a room or something?

at my first apartment i paid $518 in rent..ALONE! it was easily over $650 in bills going out on my half. But on top of it, my roommate kept dicking me and not paying her half so i kept bailing us out which meant paying more.
my second apartment, it was $440 for rent, alone. about $150 in cable/phone/and internet. and then like 15 for electric. needless, to say i was stupid and moved in with the same roommate, so i got screwed on this one too. =( stupid me

and so now, i have to take her to court

There are three people sharing this apartment. 1 person in small bedroom and 2 people in the large bedroom, that is how we had it set up for the first semester. The large bedroom is more than enough to accomodate two people.

Things to remember: No dishwasher. Yes, that's right we do our own dishes. It's not the prettiest apartment but it does the job. Right now I am not up there, but later if someone wants to see it just post ehre or something.

Its not the prettiest because its not decorated or anything, just a couple posters. As far as apartments go its very nice the place even has a 24 hour gym, business center, and seasonal pool. If you want to see pics of a demo place just google Governor Mifflin Apartments (tristar management).

Either way there is someone looking at the place tommorow and things seem promissing. I'll keep this post updated.
