My friend Mike and I have been talking about it forever and we finally got one.

One year lease.

2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 levels, washer/dryer its on 18th and Green St. The place is freakin awesome. We move in July 1st!

If your in your early to mid 20's, you are gonna love it. Used to live at 21st and Parrish.

Tuff place to have a nice car though.

jeff i forgot to post about it but i was sitting outside the continental in old city on saturday night and saw you drive by... the hid / yellow fog combo is unmistakeable.
and congrats on the apartment, i'm gonna have to get one of those soon...

Sweet a Olde City spotting! My friends and I were on our way to the Rittenhouse area.

Yeah I am 22 and my friend Mike is 24. We know a few people who live within a block as well so its going to be awesome.
