also in the interior where your feet on in the front two seats?
I ask this because my brother has this on his car and he claims that he cant get pulled over with it on while driving and drives all around our neighbor with it on(NE Philly) driving by cops and everything and nothing has happened yet, but yet I hear that its illegal to have it on while driving.

You can't have them on when your driving in NJ, Pa I'm sure is the same.
