As time goes on they become harder to find. Kind of hard to find now-a-days.
Every once and while one will pop up on the CA section of nico club. I thought I saw someone, selling one on here not too long ago.

ya, there nice little motors. supper easy to work on. can buy most OEM parts at local auto parts shops.
But, there isn't much after market support. so don't expect to be making insane horse power. And the motors are pretty old, so what ever you get its smart to do a simple build up(oil pump, water pump, etc).

I think what i will most likely end up doing is turboing the KA till she dies then going CA and see if i like it.
im not looking for big numbers... prolly 220-270ish Im just worried that my KAT will be as reliable as a 7 bolt turbo DSM =p I just wanna make sure you guys COULD get me a CA And I want some coilovers (maybeeee BC but i wanna know what you got used) when i come get my cross member and tension rod bracket (I spoke to anthony on the phone)

Sorry for the delay in response...
I always depend on an email notification, but I dont get them with new threads As for the CA, I can get them, but the cost will not be cheap as everyone expects. I still but the whole car for the donor swap as I do now, and a silvia with a CA as opposed to an SR is only a few bucks different in price, which means the swap would be very close in price.. Usually, if people are buying a CA, they dont want to spens SR money... But if you want one, I can definatly source one for you! |
