Everything I am reading about the included angle and the McPherson strut setup tells me that the steering knuckle is bent. But its really hard to tell if its actually bent, you just have to assume that the angles and numbers you are reading are all correct. FML

Quick update... GT-Spec lower tie bar, trunk cage, and lower frame braces came in. Plus the AWR/Bilstein strut assembly just came in today as well so now its just a matter of time before I put everything back in.

To figure out whats wrong with the camber this is the plan:
-Put the strut assembly back in and check the camber and included angle to see if anything changed since last time.
-If things are good, then Ill just do a final alignment and be done.
-If things are still messed up, I will switch the passenger and driver struts to see if there is any difference.
-If things are STILL messed up, then it will be time to replace the driver steering knuckle, hub assembly etc.

I got the AWR strut assembly back, and after Bilstein inspected everything it all turned out OK. The strut is not bent according to Bilstein and the struts housing is also ok as per AWR. I reinstalled the strut and got the car inspected this week, and after driving on it it still seems like the same problem as before... The driver side still has more negative camber than passenger side, and it pulls to the right which is consistent with the fact that the car will pull to the side with more positive camber, plus the steering wheel is off center. So I order new driver side hub, knuckle, wheel bearing and hub seal from Mazda. Once I get all of that stuff I will be going to RT Tuning and we will replace those parts and re-align the car. I really hope this will solve the problem because I am running out of ideas as to what could be wrong, and I really just want to drive and enjoy the car.

Going to RT on 07/14, we are going to replace the hub and knuckle, and then align the car. I am REALLY REALLY hoping that this will solve my suspension issue. In other news I'm still waiting on Pedders trailing arm bushings and control arm bushings and the GT Spec strut bar is on special order. The AWR Radiator and shroud are in the trunk, along with the rest of the GT Spec stuff, brake pads and lines. Ill keep you guys posted once I get it aligned.

Awesome news.. I got back form RT Tuning today, we replaced the hub, knuckle, etc.. Then aligned the car and whoa-la alignment is back where it should be and I cant be more excited to be driving the car. I really cant say enough about all of the guys at RT for helping me out and helping me resolve my issue, especially Pat, Vince, and Matt.

Next up is finishing up the stock intake manifold I'm working on, installing it and getting the car tuned.

This is what it will look when its done. The CNC work is done, and the majority of the grinding, porting etc, is also done.

Nice, post them up... I'm planning to do a custom exhaust manifold, ewg, and exhaust with a 30R. But I want to build the motor first so I can actually take advantage of the 30R.
