Any quality gaskets for TD04HL turbos? Having trouble sourcing one....

Any lines on quality downpipe gaskets for the line of Mitsubishi turbo I mentioned in the title?

It's a 16T to be exact if that matters but it shouldn't. It has a straight flange exhaust housing.

Thanks for any and all information!

Surprisingly enough I called a few Volvo dealers and they see the gasket in their parts breakdown but part number is unavailable due to being discontinued.

I just cannot find these suckers anywhere and I'd like to have something non universal in hopes that it will hold up longer.

if you cant find one believe it or not ive actually had good luck just cleaning and making sure the surfaces are smooth and then using high temp ultra copper rtv. just smear a thin layer on one side and tighten it down right away. then dont run it until it has time to set up.

Thanks for the response.

Unfortunately there is a slight flaw with my downpipe. It is made by OBX which as we all know is a cheaper brand. Anyways, stock, I know for sure 94 to 2000 850s, S/V/C70s have a gasketless turbo to downpipe seal......which is why the gasket cannot be found at the dealer.

The recess in the flange of my OBX downpipe is not deep enough to accept the lip coming off my turbo's exhaust housing thus creating a need for a gasket. Without the gasket the downpipe will not come close to bolting on, even snug...no way.
