The bike is still in NJ I take it, call the police in the town were its at they may come over and do that for you if not put it up on a truck and take it over to them.

yeah thats what i plan on doing. theres a station around me anyways. just a hassle with moving everything to PA. they are pretty tight with out of state vehicles with a lot of paperwork.
