Bates motel?

I'm sure a lot of people on here are from the area and have been. Is it worth it? Costco has the VIP packages with front of the line for all three attractions for 50 bucks. I'm thinking about going since I'm a bit tired of doing terror behind the walls every year. I hear bates is really good.

Is it long? Scary? Full of batin? etc...

Field of Screams. Just went this past weekend with another couple. Paid $33 for 4 attractions. It's a drive if you are coming from Philly, but worth it.

In all honesty, I haven't heard anything about it. I did hear about Field of Screams being pretty good though. Then again, a lot of these attractions are all the same in my opinion.

bates from what i hear, is really good if you've never been. its right down the street from my house, so its nothing special to me anymore but i still go just because its fun to go with a group of people.

i can, eastern state wasnt bad at all. its different because they can actually touch you, seperate you and push you up against a wall there. bates can touch you but nothing somewhat violent. haunted house is nowhere near as long at bates just because of the size difference. bates also has a haunted hayride and corn maze that i heard wasnt bad. never done that. i feel like eastern state is just cooler because of where its at and its actually haunted.

I was never touched in the many years of going to ESP.

So the haunted house is long at bates? 15 min? 20 min? It took 45ish to get through all of ESP.

hahah really? i was pushed up against the wall and grabbed by the neck a couple of times. it was awesome. bates is probably like 20 minutes.

ive tried that a few times and i even showed her the gun was fake at the end but i guess they still consider that rape


in all seriousness though, i believe a couple years ago they actually had a deal with duffers, i forget the dollar amount but you would start at duffers for a buffet then get a hayride to the farm (only like 2 mins away) and then after you were done there you went back to dufferes for like a hour or 2 open bar. trying to find that deal again.

damn, that was the only reason i was interested in doing it this year

This one isn't too far from you. I haven't been to it, but plan on going this year being that it's local. Some people local told me it's really good.

Yea when I go I will let you know. Too hard for me to plan ahead at this point because of work and always having to drive up to western pa.
