HBGTuned Yearly BBQ - 4/27/08

THAT IS RIGHT, THE HBGTUNED BBQ IS BACK!

On Sunday, April 27th; HBGtuned and the entire Community kick-off the one-year anniversary of HBGtuned with one of the most infamous local cook-outs to hit Pennsylvania, the HBGtuned BBQ. With a tons of sick local Rides and crazy local people, combined with an overload amount of Food and Drinks for all, HBGtuned is throwing another crazy BBQ, and taking it to the next level. Starting our second year, we want to open the new season with a roar. We don't do bangs, bangs are for kids - It's time for one of the hottest, craziest, packed with the sickest rides, all-you can eat local Cookouts around. Our BBQs are packed with so much food, excitement and sick rides, we can't call this a Car show, because the rest of the season will seem boring in comparison.

Come check it out at www.hbgtuned.com
Time: 2:00PM
Place: Pinchot Park

HBGTuned is all about the locals, thats why we hyped up the TriStateTuners Sonic Meet. So come join in on the awesome BBQ, we welcome everyone!

Yea it is. Planning on running the supra on the dyno at millersville so I will probably stay for the entire show. Millersville is 12-3 and the BBQ starts at 2, So I won't be making the BBQ unless it runs til later in the day.

It's a shame theres 3 different local events all on the same day (cruise, millersville, BBQ) b/c they all take away from each other instead of building all three.

I wish we would have known that because we would have scheduled it for a different date. But we have been hyping up the BBQ alot so to late to re-schedule.

It starts at 2:00 but it will last for a majority of the evening. You know people wont show till like 3-4.

****, this is the same day as the Millersville show? That sucks! And if Millersville has a dyno, I'll definitely be going to that so I can FINALLY get my car on one .. We'll see how the times all line up.

Yea, thats how things usually go. Well if its going later I should be able to make it down. The MU show ends at 3 this year, they revised the format a little bit. I don't think they did much collaboration or checking about local meets when they planned theirs either.

Next year It looks like the show is going to be an alumni assocation event, which means it will more then likely fall on alumni weekend at the university, and That is usually planned pretty far ahead of time. I may even join the alumni assocation and get back involved with things if it goes that way.

Hopefully people will be able willing to make part of both events. It's just under an hour from one to the other I think.
