don't want to post a diet in the first post because everyone has different needs.. I'll show you mine right here..

this is my daily diet.. on workout days I have a post-workout shake between meal 2 and 3.. 50g protein, 60g carbs, 440 calories..

so reduced fat peanut butter isn't bad for you? I look at the calories and grams of fat and almost faint! lol

I really should do a dedicated post to a really good clean diet that can help most lose 10-14lbs in two weeks, maybe tonight when im not super busy.

I know the workouts/diet you need to cut weight, don't ask me how, but I do. ;)

Likes stated many times before, i can gain the muscle, thats not the problem, its losing weight thats the problem, so any of you guys that are health conscious and feel like giving a detailed diet to lose weight and be healthy, that would be awesome

fat is a good thing!

stick to all natural peanut butter if you want it.. I use to tear that stuff up.. but found that buying gallons of olive oil is cheaper

I actually just got back to the gym yesterday finally, and I'm hella sore today lol.

I don't know how some of you guys can put down 4000 calories+ in a day. I have trouble stomaching 2000 calories a day. Probably why I only weigh 125lbs lol. I had gotten to 140 last year and I was pretty happy with it, I'm only 5'8 so I'm not really that tall and like I said, gaining is extremely hard for me because I just can't eat enough.

I don't think anyone considers them self a meathead haha

nothing wrong with being a hard gainer.. I too am a hard gainer.. you just have to realize that you were blessed with optimal genetics and that you have to work with what you got and have to set your goals accordingly..

example, I know I'm never going to have crazy separation in any of my muscles because I don't have them already and concluded that it isn't in my genes.. but I do know that I have huge joints which is good for putting up heavy weights so I set my goals to lift big instead

I'm trying to bulk.

5' 9". 170# of flab in Jan 09, down to 140# in May of 09 (but no muscle, boo). Up to 150# now, pant size went from a tight 34 waist to a loose 31 waist. I was <10% BFC, don't know about now.

I'm on a probably crappy lifting routine - Mon Back & Bi, Tues Chest & tri, Wed rest or cardio, repeat Th-Sat, rest Sunday. Eating anything I can get my hands on. :p

Anyway that's me. Great thread, will be reading along what you guys are all up to.

I had the exact problem when I was younger.. I'm 5'10-5'11" and used to weigh 130-135 pounds because I didn't eat enough.. but after I put my mind to it it only took me a year or so to reach 170 and a little after that to reach 196 (my heaviest).. just have to be dedicated and realize that you're going to have to eat even if you don't feel like it and you're going to have to swallow the food you puke back up in your mouth. no joke.
