If you don't know it's used to collect abandoned vehicles. I know of where one is but since I don't have one I cannot collect the car I know there is alot more to it but this car has been sitting there for a couple month's. So if you know anything please sent me a message.

This would be GREAT to know, we just had a built Camaro taken off a property...and would LOVE to get it back!

Well from what I know the salvor is suppose to contact the last known owner. Within a certain time frame if there is no response the title is then transferred.
