Good idea or no??

Buyer backed out on my turbo kit for the GA.. Would you think it would be a good idea to raffle it off? 10$ a ticket asking for 250 tickets... I would program a number generator into generating a random number, that way everyone has a chance of winning and i can limit the tickets up to like 10-15? than someone that can literally pay 10 $ can win and just go boost there GA
