A bunch of different places do that. They have something similar around the Havertown/Upper Darby/Drexel Hill area. It's cool, because for the most part it keep the drunks from driving, but spending the day with some drunk people who want to be Irish is no fun for me!

does anyone know if the manayunk bars are doing the shamrock local again this year?
(it's basically the same thing but it's up in manayunk)

the erin express is running on both the 4th and the 11th this year.
