CG-Lock
Anyone heard of this? I'm going to pick one of these up as my seatbelt is really lax.

The site is very "lame 80's QVC mad ghey" and I was a bit sceptical at first but it seems like they are popular.

I have one, the guy who invented it did a presentation for a business class at my school. It works suprisingly well, however I would not rock it 24/7 because it's so heavy that the seatbelt will not be able to retract.

I've used the Cg Lock before and it was good when it stayed together. Biggest problem I encountered was it coming loose frequently.
I've had better luck with the G-Force torso Harness: http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku |

I used to have ONE back in the day.
I still swear it got stolen at a car show, but will never be able to prove it. I'd rock one again, except now I rock the greeeeeeen.

I had one in my WRX. It was decent, but I wouldn't call it an alternative to a harness.
Oh, and don't try to close it in your door. Your door won't like that. Like someone said earlier, your seatbelt won't retract with it on because it's too heavy. |
