Really great reference site for PA tint laws

i'm not sure how up to date this is, but it is very thorough:

And it has me pretty convinced that any tint that allows you to see inside the vehicle is technically legal

Only PENNDot says that 70% is the rule, and a police station isn't exactly an inspection station so there nya.
