How does a sighting forum sound?

I have seen on a few web sites forums devoted to people seeing other cool cars on the road. Maybe even sighting members. just a sugestion

well main problem with this is posting parked cars, alot of people have fear of theft since your car could be parked there everday yada yada

maybe only allow spotted on the road cars
