I have customers come into my store sometimes trying to return wax products that they cleary opened and use a bit of... Policy rule, i cant. "But its the wrong stuff and i only used a bit" The deal is. Ive had people dilute products and attempt to return them. Now its become policy, cannot return opened products. If i started letting people return products, more asshats theives would get away with taking,... diluting,.. and returning products and buying more, essentially robbing the next customer who picks up that damn bottle! Company policy... have a nice day

i havent had a problem with them at all. great guys and great company. rules are rules. it says the return policy on the bottom of the recipt so your parents should of known the policy or you should of looked at it.
