MkIV jetta progress thread(pic heavy)

Some of you may have seen my car from the introductions thread but for those who don't..this is my 2000 jetta gls vr6 5spd. So far the progress made is minimum but much more to come in the upcoming months.
First day I got the car. Stoooock

First thing was a set of wheels. TT fate fives

Plasti dipped them gunmetal greay

Ditched the xenon lights from eBay shortly after that picture
At fresh meet in Camden with Plasti dipped rood and mirrors

Got a roof rack from my brothers e36 m3

Wrapped interior in plaid

Ditched the dipped wheels way better IMO

Tinted headlights yellow(not for everyone) and installed fogs

Chopped shifter. Much better feel now

That's all the progress I made so far. Next order of business, coilovers. Feels like I'm driving a monster truck. Let me know what you think

Get a real short shifter, stop with the plastidip, lose the obnoxious hids and yellow tint and fog lights. My thoughts.

Hid we're put on by p/o and taken off within a week of me owning the car. Me cutting the shift was for a more sport feel. Stock jetta shifter sits pretty high and is uncomfortable with armrest. Plastidip is gone on wheels, roof waiting to be vinyled.
