looking for a new facility

As most of you know we are quickly out growing our shop. In fact we put a hold on the dyno delivery because quite frankly we outta room jackson!

We have our eyes on a few spots but nothing set in stone. We require at least 3000sqft a clear floor span and somewhat tall ceilings. Looking more in the Lehigh Valley area and surroundings. Please let me know if anyone has any leads on space

Ryan

Too many to list.

You want to rent or buy? Like an existing not in use facility or looking for a vacant 3000sq ft building that has nothing in it, like an empty warehouse?? If you mean clean floor plan you mean like a warehouse?

Trying to stay in Easton? Or move out as far as say MacAurthur Rd or do you want to be closer to your current location and not pass airport road?

Either way this sounds nice.

Awesome stuff Ryan! Glad to hear you're expanding! I'm very happy so far with what's been down to my car...it's running like a champ. I'm glad you'll be getting a bigger space to work some magic on more SUBARUs!

We are looking for more of an empty warehouse type place. I am not looking to buy as of now. I want our dyno in and paid for before I dive into another huge loan lol.

I am willing to go out as far as Cedar Crest ;)

Supposedly there is a warehouse like across the street or near Epic Tuning thats a warehouse... I dunno how big tho. Maybe take a trip and check it out.
I know Epic is closing but I think their place is smaller than what you guys have now.

On 378 south of Bethlehem near the State Farm Insurance office and the swimming pool & hot tub place is a large warehouse type building offering spare for rent. I believe it use to be a contractor or home builder located there. Its between Black River Road and where I-78 crosses over 378. I'm away from home now, but later this week I could get the phone number if you can't drive by any time soon.

It'd be nice if you guys could have a locked in lot for customers cars, but you probably already thought of that. Worse case is put up fencing yourself -- but that isn't cheap . Also, it'd be nice to have a lease with option to own as well if you guys REALLY like it and are planning to stay for a while!

Here are a few I found really quick.

P.S. Let me know when you guys want to start selling online ;)!

OoooO I know exactly where that is! It's right next to the grocery store right outside Bangor! VERY nice location! Very easy to get to....right off a main road.

I checked recently and they leased out all their extra space already.

I wonder what municipalities in the Lehigh Valley area have the best tax rates for businesses or if there is much of a difference.
