PoorMan'sR's 05 WRX

In June of 2006 i purchased a 94 acura integra, this car was basically my trial and error car and ended up turning out half decent. But it wasn't enough for me so in May of 2008 i sold the integra and bought an 05 wrx in crystal grey metallic.

The car in all its stock goodness:

After a year of saying im not going to mod my next car, i soon realized there was no point in fighting the urge, i started off with a stage 1 reflash by turbotek tuning and was very pleased with the results.

I wasn't the biggest fan of the stock material used for the interior so i said **** it and decided to redo the door cards with black suede.

Things sort of died down a bit once the fall semester started, but once winter break rolled around everything picked right back up.

My friend Marcus was kind enough to give me his old uppipe and intercooler off of his 06 sti, so once that went on, and damn what a fun install that was, I picked up a 3 inch megan racing downpipe, matted it to an sti catback, and went to stage II with a map from xpt tunning.

The map was great for what it was, but it was only going to be on there long enough to hold me over when i could get a bigger turbo and injectors and get a protune from turbotek.

In February 09, i came across someone on nasioc looking to swap their 07 sti interior for a black wrx one, and like i said earlier i never liked the fabric so i gave it a shot (and no im not trying to pose, just obviously the sti interior has better material)

I picked up a few exterior pieces along the way also, my girlfriend got me an sti hoodscoop, i found a pair of black sti splitters that i painted myself, and then i swapped my wrx skirts for sti ones (again im not trying to be an sti, i just like oem styling of the sti)

As the car sits now courtesy of Namdoog:

2 weeks ago i picked up a 3 inch srs catback to complete my turboback system, i was skeptical about it with it being an ebay exhaust and all, but this thing sounds bad ass

This past week me and clay installed a vf39 and sti pink injectors on the car, along with a walbro 255lph fuel pump and a perrin ebcs, I'm taking the car to turbotek on tuesday to get it tuned by ray and i can't wait, hopefully more to come.

Got tuned today by Ray at turbo tek, the car is amazing, Ray did a great job on the tune, Ray said the car was making around 300 whp and 278ft lbs, its god damn incredible.

maybe but it wouldn't be till next summer, it has 04 sti suspension and handles really well, i had a slammed integra and i hated having to worry about what i could drive over and what i couldn't, but from the angle that picture was taken it at it looks pretty high

What width are those rpf1's 8 inch? They look good on the car and will look even better once you lower the car.
