My settings on teh controller are Set Gain is 5% and Gain is 3%. The car barely boosted and wasn't running right and was not reading anything.

New settings are 15 gain 15 set gain car is now boosting better but the boost controller not reading anything.

While under the hood we noticed the tube that comes outta the back of the controller was not connected to the t between the intake manifold.and fuel rail as per greddys instructions. Once we connected the hose to that T the boost controller started to read. The vacumm was reading 90(9PSI) and the boost would only reach 39(3.9PSI). The car had a boost gauge installed that was connected to that same spot always only reaching 10PSI but once we disconnected it and connected it to where the boost controller originally was connected to the boost gauge now isn't reading anything.

Also while just out there we looked and the line comin off of the NO spot on the valve it is T'd and goes to the BOV and to the intake manifold. What is not connected right and is makin me have such funky readings. Thanks in advanced!

also try and have the least T's possible. i was havign boost problems and a few people told me that.

i have been helping him work on it. here is a few hoses that are ran.

hose from the wastegate to BC box under the hood
hose from BOV to a T where a line goes to the Intake Mani, the other end goes to the same box mentioned above
hose from the unit inside the car to the fuel filter (in the hose), then T'd one to Intake Mani and other to Fuel Rail.

Those are just a few.

Those are just a few.

is it an internal wastegate or external, it makes a difference on how the lines are run and where the nipples are on the vacuum solinoid for the EBC
