Montgomeryville Home Depot VW GTG - Tuesday nights at 7:30pm

Otherwise, how bout one at the Blue Bell Diner on 73, until weather sucks less??
Its warm, and a fellow dubber works there and there is plenty of lit parking.

a. it was moved to home depot because we apparently were not welcome, however any time i attended we were not doin burnouts and obnoxious ****...

b. im fairly sure crucifixion would send someone to jail, so no... haha

nah anyone is welcome, although its intended for members of the VW community, but anyone with an appreciation for them or cars in general is welcome...

But what we do not want is a bunch of hot shot kids tearin ass around the parking lot, doing burnouts, making a scene and getting us kicked out.. you know..

everytime i came to borders..... some a##hole always got everyone kicked out.....but wait doesnt that happen at every meet!!

I went to tuesdays a couple times a while ago at boarders, the group seemed kinda tight knit group so my friends and I felt a little unwelcome lol.

don't remember any A$$holes being there though, some of them where pretty cool.

Yeah that Tuesdays Borders crew seemed like a bunch of snobs. Even when I rolled up quiet as a mouse, got out and was just looking at the cars, they were giving me the stink eye. I never understood what their problems were.

But yeah, I'll stop by to this meet to hangout if thats cool.

just to let you guys know there is meets at the red lobster at 5 points on thursdays i think at 7 not sure there having it anymore because there has not been anyone there in awhile that i have saw

uhm dan im in the borders crew, am i a snob

we moved it to home depot after we got kicked out for the events of the thursday night crew that now meets at lowes

i i could care less about getting kicked out, im just glad they still havent removed the plaque we put on the curb in memory of a buddy who died 2 years ago this month

Never said anyone specific was a snob. Just never got a good vibe or treated very good when I was there and I never did anything. This isn't the place to debate, I was just expressing my impressions.

You know, i was thinking,.... its cold as balls... why the **** would anyone wanna be outside. Plus most of the VW people that come out know each other, I think maybe until it gets nicer we could meet up at the blue bell diner tuesday around 7:30 and hang out, have a cup of coffee or slice of cake or whatever. and there is plenty of parking the in corner of the lot also!

just a thought as i dont really prefer standing out in the cold.

good point about that plaque - i read up about that incident and its really tragic.

anyways wat u guys think?
