i am going to maple grove next week or the week after with my friends 500hp lightning, and my other friend is bringing his 70' Nova SS

i can't run my car yet, need a new clutch...but after that here i come maple grove!!! trying to hit 13's

Yeah Maple has two more weeks before you can run. 4g63 or whatever, do you run the test and tunes at Maple? That is the track I run at all the time for brackets. I might start testing their more on friday nights.

nope, i don't do any test and tunes, i have only been to maple grove on a friday night once, i typically go to cecil like once a month w/ some friends, but i don't think we are going there too much any more, there is just too much trash cars there all the time, i would rather go to maple grove where the quality of cars is better, eventhough it is more expensive, i'll save that money in gas...it takes like an hour and a half to get to cecil...maple grove is 20 minutes from where we will be leaving.

Friday nights are always a cluster F_ck at cecil, especially over the summer when its really nice. I've seen there track prep on a friday night, spraying the track they make a single pass down the right lane than back up in the left and thats it. Saturday test-n-tunes are totally different the track is very well prepped and there isn't alot of cars there (usually), but if there is a bunch of cars there, they're usually fast street/strip cars or drag cars, no junk like you see on friday nights.

this past friday there wasent many people, just get there at 5-5:30 and you'll be good, i was talking to this kid that said he got at least 6 runs in within an hours time.
