Congrats on the car again. Already modding eh? You certantly don't waste any time. Fog delete is good. They block the oil cooler a little too much imo. Can you elaborate on the stage II clutch. I'm sure your stocker will be fine for a while. I would go with a set of swifts instead of coils. Good luck with it.

2 new parts. I'll install them tomorrow morning and take pics. The carbon fiber vortex generator should come tomorrow, too.

It wasn't that much. Only suckers pay MSRP lol. The intake duct, however, is a bit pricey for how flimsy it is. I'm a little worried that it might fly right off.

Hopefully some of that is spent on getting a tune and a clutch.

These cars have so much potential de-tuned from the factory.

Didn't read much of the OP's first post did you. No need for a clutch on a brand new car when the stocker is just fine.

Maybe you need to take a closer look at how long the stock evo x clutch lasts and it's warranty.

To sum it up for you Mitsu spec'd a soft clutch in hopes of only having to occasionally honor a warranty (<12k) for a clutch over an expensive awd transmission. They know people will launch it and it absorbs the abuse instead of the transmission.

Better off getting an Exedy stage 2 or something similar quality. I hate replacing clutches in 15K.

What he meant was that I listed all future mods on the bottom of the OP.
I'll pick up a stage II clutch when mine wears out. I'll also do an Ivey tune once I buy all my bolt ons.

This is going to be a relatively quick build. I think I'll be done in about 6 months.

I'm ordering my next batch of mods next week. Probably the JUN front lip and side skirts and a few cheaper ones since those two mods alone cost around $2,500.

Lmao @ your assumptions. Your one of those guys that hears about an evo clutch failing in a few thousand miles and take it as fact for every evo clutch there is. There was a thread on evom about an owner going to the strip twice in one weekend and roasting his clutch in 2k miles. So a lack of driver mod plus thirty clutch eating launches and it's fact across the board lol. Why in the world would anyone change a brand new clutch aside from a full race build which isn't happening. I have a stg 4 making 350-370 + 30 plus launches for 2 years but what would I know.

Before you run to Ivey give Petey turbo a chance. Great guy and a great tuner you will def be more satisfied at the end of the day and have a better running car.
