See things normally come out good not great (if you've got a good recipe you could make chili in a shoe and have it come out awesome lol). It's not the time that bothers me actually it's the finished product. I prefer the dutch oven for slow cooking but I won't deny the ease of the crock pot (especially the leave it going when you're out of the house). Jim hot wings in the pressure cooker just made my list of **** to make that sounds awesome.

It wasn't finished until midnight. It just wouldn't cook. It smells good but I didn't really eat any yet. Probally just going to shred it and make me some sandwitches. The cats will get a nice big chunk of it too.

colby would be good, it melts nice and creamy. i was just thinking of a cheese that had a good bite to it, to contrast the savory pot roast.
