What do you think this gem is worth

Its a 71 manual that hasnt been driven in over 10 years. The engine doesnt run and the clutch needs to be replaced and the interior is basically shot but doesnt bother me too much.

I am in love with 2002's, so I think it's sweet no matter how big of a project it would be. But I already have one old, broken european car so I wouldn't pay anything for it. To someone who wants a project it would be cool... in good shape they're the ****.

the guys on bmw2002forum say its a european parts car cause it has the euro spec bumpers i could sell for a few hundred. there is a decent amount of rust on and under the car.
