LilBlack's Civic Sedan beginning stages

Hey guys, I'm new here and new to the car community. Unfortunately, I have been blessed with good gas mileage and no power, but I still love my automatic civic. I'm going to be doing routine maintenance to it and post it here, and I have a list below of what I'm going to do. Also, I want to upgrade on style, which is also a list below. Open to any and all suggestions.

Maintenance List:
E3 Spark plugs
upgrade ground wires
replace cabin filters
replace timing belt
replace water pump

Style List:
new wheels and tires
lower suspension
tint
fog lights
HIDs
de-chrome

HIDs and fogs are good and can be useful. I have an Automatic Accord which I'm adding things on a whim. I've only done HIDs and fogs but upgraded sway bars and magnaflow mufflers with custom piping to come down the line.

Not worth spending money on iridiums for an N/A motor. Stick with copper spark plugs, the spark is hotter I hear. Think about it this way; instead of running iridium spark plugs, just buy 2-3 sets of copper NGKs BKR7Es and keep it constantly fresh if something goes wrong...

Personally? Save for some nice wheels, nice tires, maybe some springs, and keep the car simple and clean. Use it as a DD so work on the wear and tear parts. I like these civics and they drive well, but trust me... Don't mod your DD. My DD was a drift car and it lasted a year.

I'm done school, so to start off my car antics I'm giving her a full out detailing today (wash, wax, and engine today, interior tomorrow) and applying her first decal, I'll post before and after pics, shes pretty dirty from all the pollen. Also tomorrow I'm going to get some sealant so I can fix her bum (moisture filled) headlight, anything small you think I should pick up while I'm out?

frankly i'm non to pleased with the job i did because i was rushed because im leaving for the phillies game at 2, but i'm gonna wash her on tuesday and wax her again because i'll be down the shore where the water is softer and theres no trees. well here she is:
Before:

After:

Decal:

I'll put up pics of the detailed interior and engine bay, i have no rush tomorrow so they'll actually be good.

Gonna fix the head light tomorrow, any recommendations on how to do it? what sealant to use?
and since I have some money any suggestions on what to get while im out?
