No front plate (nj)

got pulled over for no front plate. I had my go pro camera on my car just becaues i wanted to test it out. I happened to get pulled over for no front plate. my real question is can i get introuble for having this picture on my facebook

your allowed to photograph and videotape in public places

as far as posting im not sure but I think its cool unless your trying to use it to make money then you need the other people in its consent or you need to block their face out
