17" wheels are $65 each. You can drop them off anytime. Should take about 1-2 weeks depending on how much work is at the shop when you drop them off. Feel free to call the shop at 215-295-4350 if you have any questions or if you would like to see some samples.

Any difference for 16", if they need to be stripped first?

16" wheels are $60 each for a 1 color coating. If you bring them to the shop stripped already I can cut the price down a bit depending on how well of a job you do on stripping them. Give the shop a call at 215-295-4350 if you have any further questions.
