bread and butter license??

ok just a couple of questions--

Due to unfortunate circumstances I may loose my license for up to 6 months....
I do live by myself and am currently holding down 2 jobs (one full-time and one part-time on the weekends). I own my own house and have a car to pay-off.

I was wondering...
1. Is there such a thing as a bread and butter license? License to drive to and from work??
2. If so, how would i be able to go about getting or applying for one of those...

Any information that could help me is much appreciated. Thankyou

I'm looking into this one I believe that the judge can give you permission to drive to work only but I have not found any law that says so... It may be in some court ruling and not in Title 39.
I'll post what I find out. If you can't wait for me contact your court office they should be able to tell you.

I finally got an answer for this.... NJ no longer allows Judges to give a work driving permit. Im sure PA and most other states have had the same restrictions put on them as well
