Airbags Deployed...do I have to fix?

Airbags Deployed...do I have to fix?

Hey so my fiance's airbags deployed last night when she hit a pothole. Everything on the car is fine besides for her face.

The car is old and probably only worth $1,000 so it's not really worth it to have the airbags replaced. My question is can she still drive the car legally without the airbags in it?
