Picked it up yesterday morning but didn't get a chance to play it. I've never been into the simulator games like GT so it's taking a little getting used to. So far though it's a blast. On the white Silvia in the first pic, isn't that the old playstation logo on the back?

No.. I am not sure what it is.. but I think you see it when you are sitting in the multi player menu.... I have seen it a few other places somewhere else.

I am currently driving an all black Eclipse GT, with everything imaginable. It has 520 HP and it is a rocket. If you have Live, you might see it up on the auction house soon.

Current cars that im driving:

Nearly 1000hp Tommy Kari Skyline
400 HP VIS ITR
500 HP Renault Cio V6
600 HP GTI, and an R32 as well

Forza 2 FTW, hands down best racing sim out there. not as easy to pick up and play as say PGR3 or games like NFS carbon, but much more rewarding in the end as the physics are spot on. cars sound more realistic when modded then in origional forza, V8's actually sound like V8's (at least on the GTO anyway) and my little ecotec solstice sounds alot like a real ecotec motor with exhaust. My only gripe with the game is that there is no more drag strip. I had a pretty good time setting up certain cars for drag racing and now its gone

at least they put some more effort into drifting this time around, its a little more do-able than in the origional forza

also just installed was a race fuel and race ignition system....man i wish making this much power in real life was as fast as this...2208lbs and 236 horses

Gripes:

Can't alter the music playlist.
No dragstrip.
Reward cars have no resell value.
Half the company modded cars look like crap.
I have to put an ugly wing on my car to be able to adjust downforce.

Other than that, game is fun.

question...when you install a turbo kit, and then do a front mount intercooler there are 2 stages of it..the street and race one. does the intercooler actually show up on the front of the car or is it invisible? if it shows, is the race one bigger than street? im already putting out too much power with the crx so I dont know if I want to boost it or not. maybe i upgrade tire compound first

first custom paintjob... just the hood logo took almost 2 hours. i dont know how people make some of the crazy stuff i've seen!

Ducky... it's nice to see another vortex face around here... have you played in a group with others vortex people yet?

how do you even create any of the custom work, do you need to download art clips from some where? the shapes seem soo basic and boring... I've tried to do some but i think i am just not prevey to the inner workings.

most of the insane customization comes in vynil form...there arent many body kits, spoilers, and wheels to pick from...wheels are on the up side cause there are quite a few, but still...no mugen wheels or nothing that ive found
