Although this isn't a direct answer, I have always heard that bartending school isn't really any more beneficial than just buying a book and learning the drinks on your own, then starting at a smaller less popular bar to learn the ropes and move up from there. Most bars don't care about bartending school, they just want you to know your ****. Also helps if you're a chick, haha.
