It's not that it's just that V8 R8's really aren't that fast.
They are great cars don't get me wrong, my buddy has one and it's a fantastic daily driver/exotic but the speed isn't there. And yeah now they have a v10 version but I'd have a hard time justifying spending $150,000+ on the v10 when it's still an audi. I'd rather have an F430 for that price.
Bam is an alright guy if you get to know him, but you would be an ass too if everyone you know came up to you telling you "to do jackass" I know the fans are what made him where he is but still....
Still though the nicest guy out of that group is Ryan Dunn, he races with us for Bimmerworks and is always involved with the BMW and racing community. Talk to him about cars and like a human being and he is one of the nicest guys around.
