This. you guys should seriously look into this. Nothing fancy but it's really big and would be extremely cheap to rent out. they have a decent facility for a snack stand
Also NJ Motorsports Park in Millville NJ is hugeee and obviously car friendly as its a full blown race track. Would be awesome its a really clean park, would also probably be really expensive.
Cambells field park in Camden and camden waterfront. <-- that might be riversharks stadium i'm not sure.
