I feel the same way. We had hired a new person to be a floor tech. Well, he is also supposed to be trained in other areas just in case someone calls out. I was told when I got there that after he had done some floors, that he would be training with me. Half way through my shift, I still find him doing floors. I'm like WTF is going on here?!? He tells me that he was told to finish what he was doing till the end of the night. ****ing bull****. It's already like 9:30 at this point and I'm not even 75% done all my things that need to get done. I call up my supervisor and I'm like dude, the hell is going on. Thought I was supposed to train him the rest of the night. His answer was, oh, I changed my mind.
WTF, don't you think I would have liked to know this cause I'm sitting here waiting on his ass to come down and give me a hand with some other stuff. But noooooooooooooooooooooooo. He doesn't tell me a thing, just leaves and goes home. Thanks, dick.
