That would depend on what kind of components you want to use to fill in the gaps. You can put together a budget setup with lower quality parts for probably a grand or so in parts. The main components are all there but you will need an intercooler core and pipes for sure. Some fuel line, and some other odds and ends.

To have it all installed here would be billed out at the shop hourly rate of $95 per hour but estimating the time to install will depend on the car and just how in depth you would want to get with the build. I would estimate a minimum of 10 hours though with installation and fabrication.
