We have a 4 hour long customer service training today. My boss actually hired a firm to do the training. Thats how lazy she is...
We don't need customer service training, we need someone to actually be in charge and have procedure and customor guidelines that are up to date so we know what to do.
Doesn't matter how 'nice' you are if your product sucks.
