by your standards the parts cost more than your car is worth, so the lambo is wrecked and deserving of a rebuilt title? that's not entirely how it works. maybe if you had to pay it out of pocket you might consider a won vehicle like this a loss and sell it. but it's still not wrecked. the cost of repairs certainly doesnt equate to more than whatever percentage of the vehicle cost the insurance company would deem the vehicle a loss.
