Bam - you can work at your leisure. My landlord(s) are cool with me doing automotive work in the parking lots - I implicitely asked if I could pull an engine and replace it and they said no problem as long as I do not take up a parking space where someone needs to park, if I keep it in 1 space or clean my **** up fast, no problems.
