Before you go, just be sure to empty your car and the trunk. In the past, they made me remove everything for safety reasons, including my phone charger and a tissue box. You can keep things in the storage compartments.

The SCCA website is not the easiest to navigate, buy you can find a PDF download there that explains everything about classes. Take blue painters tape with you so you can spell out the class and number of your car on the door.

They also expect you to volunteer at these events. If your class runs from 10-11, but the event lasts until 3pm, they would like you to help volunteer for at least a few runs. This volunteer work typically just involves picking up the cones after a car runs over them.
