I called tech support to let them know my computer never got the update(new security suite and new version of Office) about 3 weeks ago. Guy calls me and tells me they are taking my tower to re-image it. Cause thats going to install the update that I don't already have on it...
I've had to VPN into the network from my office. Just sad.
