(I'd still be driving it today). For a little while, I was driving a 2002 S60 AWD - Naturally aspirated and complete trash...if you ARE going to buy a Volvo, get a turbo, pleeeease...
This past October I got my hands on my
2004 S60R. Only had the time (and money) to do very minor things, but will have more in the future. We also sold our 2005 Mini Cooper (Non-S) for a 2008 Volvo C30.
For the price of a Volvo, you can buy much better performance or much better comfort...but I think the brand makes for a happy medium between the two. Regardless, there is something satisfying about a turbo-charged brick flying down the road...
BTW - I really wanna get my R on an AWD dyno...any suggestions for the Philly area? And I do have a talent for bringing dead threads back from ancient crypts...even if they are only 5 or 6 lines down...
