PRESS RELEASE FROM FD:
For Immediate release.
Formula D is proud to announce their partnership with the newest Pro-Am series, the Northeast Hold the Line program. Hold the Line is the brainchild of FD judge Tony Angelo, and will fill the Pro-Am void that exists in the Northeastern US. HTL is a 4 event series being held at 2 of the best drift tracks in the area, the venerable Englishtown Raceway Park, and the fresh, state of the art Monticello Motor Club. Englishtown has been the host of many major ground-breaking drift events in the past 8 yrs, while Monticello is a superbly appointed, state of the art facility that has opened its doors to drifting just recently. “I’m really happy to be able to announce the Hold The Line series to all the up and coming drivers from my neck of the woods, and I’m very excited to be working with two world-class facilities to deliver what is surely going to be a very fun and exciting series.” said Angelo. The HTL program will be able to deliver an unprecedented 5 FD licenses to the top series finishers. Hold the line also boasts such features as Drift demos by some of the best competitors in the sport today, and a judging panel headed by Tony Angelo, himself. Hold the line with work in co-operation with Clubloose at Englishtown, and D-Up at Monticello Motor Club. Website coming soon, www.htldrift.com

Beginner groups will be running at the Pro-Am events
