Depends what statute it is under for the no points. I believe Careless Driving is Ss 3714...ive gotten 3 of them so i should know. Got em all dropped at that. But anyway, if it is under a different statute than 3714 then it is most likely no points. Google the statute just to make sure though before you plead guilty.
