I've seen it done a few times and honestly it never looks right to me. Especially on a black car, from a distance it makes it look like the wheels are 2" smaller diameter (with correspondingly taller tires).

Thanks! I liked the CE's but felt they had run their course. Plus I was inspired to get a set of bright silver wheels after picking up my daily driver (black 2004 STi with OEM bright silver BBS wheels). Then the formula silver CE's started to look really dark haha. Back in October a guy in northern Virginia was selling this set of LE37t's in great condition at a fair price so I had to jump on it.
